To determine your size, use your bra band size, or measure the area under the breast where the fold between breast and chest occurs. This is the size you need unless your tummy is not 6-8 inches smaller. If your tummy is close to your underbust measurement, you will need to go up a size or more. This garment does not offer much give whatsoever, and you should to up a size if in doubt. We are happy to assist you with sizing.
